Bath- this service includes bath, brushout, blowout, nail trim and ear cleaning with an ear solution at customer request. no plucking is included.
Full groom- this service includes bath, brushout, blowout, haircut full body, or feather trim or full body shave, nail trim with an ear solution at customer's request. No ear plucking is included.
We do kennel dogs in between their grooms, we don’t allow free roaming. We don't pluck ear hair or express glands. If your dog is matted beyond a normal grooming session we have the right to refuse services/refer you to a vet. We ask for 2-6 hrs.
We no longer express anal glands or pluck ears.
Turn around time can be 2-6 hours depending on breed .

Best groomer ever! Was introduced to Spoiled Petz at the the Hounds and Heels event for the Humane Society and the owner came across as extremely knowledgeable.
